i guess the crazy train really is coming off the rails

and as usual, I am sure it is all about the money --- not sure why, but can make an educated guess... just about every time I hear of a client going to the ER due to an MVA they say it is very crowded ---often they just sit in the hallway for a long time waiting to be seen. So I guess the state gov't is looking for reimbursement for the cost of treatment?

This lawsuit will end in a settlement. A few hundred million payout, and one or two middle management douche bags will serve six months in a minimum security country club, if the DOJ launches a criminal proceeding.
