I did see that cameo performance of the Grim Reaper recorded at the coronation. Quite an amazing co-incidence of timing and especially impressive are the clandestine skills on show in evading the "security" teams.

OMG OMG OMG OMG. I will never be the same. I've seen so many amazing performances of this song and love them all but Peter Frampton (highly underrated guitarist) and Eric Effing Clapton playing together elevate it in a way I did not know was possible. No words do this justice. OMG. Played it four times. Plus Frampton really gets the meaning and brings it home. George Harrison was a frigging Prophet. Bows to you Mike. Again.
