Very rarely do I see an owl, but have had increasingly more encounters with racoons lately. Had one come to my slider on the deck a couple weeks ago seemingly expecting a handout? Then had a couple copulating on the deck a few days ago making lots of savage noises. Haha. They scrammed when I pulled out my maglight.
I got the owl wrong on Jan 19. It’s a Barred owl not a GH owl. I won’t make that mistake again. Misinformation. I probably will.
