So glad you had a good Thanksgiving. I am encouraged that your family is waking up. First good news in awhile. So sorry about your kids. My daughter too. Sad and scary. We all hold our breath while we hope to not get the dreaded phone call. But my son is awake and wonderful and there is much joy in that.

From what you wrote, you said from the family group, just yourself, wife and granddaughter were unjabbed. So you have a jabbed child or possibly more? If this is so, I am wondering how you cope with the thoughts of Mr Suddenly showing up? As a parent of 2 30+ year olds who were not mandated by work but "for the greater good" philosophy, I have been on tenterhooks ever since I discovered they had gone and had them. Both fit and healthy people, one suddenly requires emergency treatment for strep throat last Christmas Eve then followed by a normal cold, she says, which kept her in bed a full week and she says she actually thought she was dying. I know people exaggerate. These illnesses happened before I was eventually told that said jabs had previously been taken. Winter is approaching again. I'm finding it very exhausting. Glad you all went out to meet and eat, hosting is very expensive and exhausting too. I used to enjoy it, but no longer. Must be my age!
