I feel ya, about the airplanes sounding like they're coming through the window. Lived a couple km (a mile?) from Canada's busies airport in Toronto, and one of the busiest in the world. The house shook. After so many years it just became normal to stop conversations as they flew over 'cause no one could hear.
So close, that our Bouviers used to jump at them as puppies thinking they were giant, slow moving birds 🤣

Good choice. Also by being familiar with them in this 3D human form reality it will come handy for you when you are in the Astral plane. I am convinced that we are living in the times when we are exposed to the ideas of energies and energetic beings that are not visible to us. PPL whom are more sensitive to feel it are able to differentiate among the different energies. better than the average person.
None the less, I tend to recognize that the goal of this experience we are going through is to master our e-motions/energies in a way that it serves our best interests. Which means emotionally we achieve a balance. When ppl say take back your power, I think, it also could mean that you do not feed the lower energetic entities with your negative emotions of hate, jealousy, envy, etc. I think those lower form of energies are not able to feel love, bc at some time in their evolution they gave into those energies and they do not know how to look into their heart and find the smallest sparkle of light there. I also believe that they are very fearful beings. Projecting their fear unto us so they can control us.
They want our attention, if we focus on higher emotions within ourselves we take away their food. They're parasites, energy vampires, whatever ppl call them, but I do not believe they can create, they need us to create the negative energies for them. That's why everything in our society is focusing on gloom and doom, crime, horror stories, fear, war, suffering etc, it's endless. They need us to latch onto those stories so we can feel threatened, fearful, angry, outraged, hateful and blame everyone and everybody we can point a finger at. But that's how we were raised in our social environment, so were our parents, grandparents, ....going down to many many generations. No wonder we are having a very challenging time to switch to a positive and encouraging attitude/mindset. Another obstacle we face is language. It sucks us into the negative mindset. Some call it word magic. Overcoming of those challenges we face in life ultimately will make us better human beings. Who knows, maybe that's the goal? Enjoy and find the beauty while you can. There are more good ppl, than bad ones, it's just a lot of ppl are under a lot of stress and pressure. In the end it will make us stronger though.

Seth was very educated, and I would say a scientist in his field of astrology and psychology. Just as among here on this planet they're all type of ppl, some are very dumb, others are highly intelligent, mediocre, and everything in between. That being said I don't mean in a judgmental way, just the fact human have different type of gifts and processing abilities, for whatever reason. I imagine in the spirit world the situation are the same.

What I liked that he was sincerely curious about his patients and believed that they were hearing voices. Psychologist created a lot of human problems by labeling conditions as diseases that do not exist, thus enriching themselves and the evil pharmaceutical industry. You are not crazy, just able to tap into the frequency where you can communicate with spirit. We are swimming in an electrical ocean and the only thing that divides us from one dimension from another is the frequency differences. Experiences are great, but the more you know about the spirit world the better prepared you will be to deal with situations. This will help you to navigate your experiences the most beneficial way for yourself. Have fun.

Do use caution; in my experience wood that is still in the panels is not worth the work, and you most likely don't want painted either. Insurance jobs are the best because they usually break everything into boards for haul off to the dump, but do a last minute 'free' to save costs for the dump fee. DIY's usually suck because they've cobbed the thing to failure and then want you to haul the shitty panels away. Use caution.
I don’t use paint or stained cedar boards for raised beds. I usually have to cut four inches off top and bottom. I’m fine tearing it apart as is where it is.
My limited experience was panels weren't worth it, but it was limited. I scored 150 feet of disassembled cedar once, the panels were a mess and I drove off and left 'em. I'm sure I could do better based on my past experience.

Look for cedar fences that have fallen down. Knock on their door and tell them

Boiled linseed oil is fine to use inside and out. I used it this year.
