He definitely knows that true human health and well-being requires whole foods, mostly plants, and says to stay away from all processed "foods" because they are basically garbage/poison and carry massive health-deteriorating ingredients.
We follow his plant-based Nutritarian diet about 90%, with the other 10% being high quality wine and a few "healthy-ish" packaged snacks (Ron loves his corn chips with my homemade salsa and I like Harvest Snaps which are made from peas). The only thing is that while he is not a proponent of vaxxes, he was still pushing viral contagion theory throughout the CovAin't; I don't know where he stands now. He definitely says that most illness is largely due a nutrient-poor diet.
