What a wacky and wonderful list! So many blessings and curses--but all bathed in gratitude...or at least acknowledgement. Thankful for your Substack. Take care.

I am thankful for My friend who lets Me keep a few belongings and My cat on the floor of His studio apartment. I have a roof overhead and access to kitchen and bathroom, with a little table for My 15+ year old laptop, and access to the net via ethernet.

Love always!

Happy Thanksgiving, Mike, the attitude of Gratitude is a wonderful attribute; I am glad you are also confessing that you are a hoarder.. :) AND a Gardener. I have a whole house of full "stuff" for which I am very thankful and many life long friends... and family. ENJOY and save some room for the pumpkin pie.. :)

No way. Wife kicked me and Dbanjo out of bed for snoring. Probably the same again tonight. It’s Dbanjo not me. She’s embedded in the post. Friends for 50 years. Thanks Sharine.

you sound like my son... whom I haven't heard from yet. OH well.. HE IS THANKFUL... aside from his F the system and disenfranchisement ("quoting") and he is a conservative.. must be a phase or something. Living in DC is very wearing. I just keep on BEING THANKFUL and that is a great song.

Funny list there, mate ... I too have a $20 ukulele, half a six pack, 3 birds (one that talks smack), a very diminutive garden (hotter than hell Tabasco peppers, a pineapple plant, a grapefruit tree), 2 trikes for riding the beach, a beach, 2 fishing kayaks, some rusty hooks, two ancient rusty vehicles, a substack that is more fun than a tilt-a-whirl full of drunk monkeys and a C. Farley van down by the river, where I am thankful to not be living.

Happy Leftovers Weekend!

Speaking of CSN and the Laurel Canyon days, this will blow your mind. There is a part of the conversation which addresses that era and beyond. If you're Woke you'll panic and hate it. If you're Awake you'll love it. https://rumble.com/v5llcvx--the-wacky-woo-show-with-jc-and-guests-nov-3.html

The rejected my claim because I honestly filled out the online form. I guess I’m suppose to lie when they ask you if you don’t have any idea on what income you might earn for 2024 and 2025 just predict it. I think the correct answer is $00.00. They then also said they are suspending any future benefits through March 2025. All of this after I talked to an SS agent on the phone who told me there are no issues with me easy peasy.

Having my name in the most censored book in America is valuable indeed. Thanks Don. Happy T-Day to you and your family.
