In my Lawmaker report I mentioned Detroit and immediately after a train derails in Michigan. The idea to use the Motor City Madman Ted Nugent came to me while I was on a hike yesterday. My thoughts were on the government’s massive waste to use a $400K missiles to shoot down a balloon when Ted could bring it down for the cost of a Reaper arrow.

Is that Wolfman Jack? Wow, haven’t thought of him in eons. I saw Ted Nugent in concert at the New Haven Coliseum in 1978. I was a senior in high school. But the best concert I saw there was the Allman Brothers with Dickey Betts. I believe their encore was Whipping Post. That is such a great song. I guess we all feel like that these days.

I saw Ted and the Allman bros too. After Teds show I couldn’t hear for three days. Allman bros was a fantastic outdoor evening concert.
