Credit subscriber Sharine for translating the female spirit who said, “Hyaluronic acid,” in my office on February 23, 2024 at around 11PM. Why is the spirit saying hyaluronic acid? I don’t know. Enter into speculation.
In 2008 I was diagnosed with lentigo maligna melanoma. The ugly C-word. And hyaluronic acid is used in almost every skin product. It plays a key role in skin repair.
For 17 years I worked in the ophthalmology industry as a machinist making surgical instruments. For my company I developed their machining processes for a part called Phaco Tips, or Phaco Needles. They are used for cataract removal. The Packard .7mm Dewey Phaco Tip shown. Possibly the longest Phaco Tip in the industry.
Under History it says that hyaluronic acid is used in cataract surgery.
I crossed check this with the VRR in house doctor, TnDoc, and here’s his reply.

Tom Wolfe wrote the book, The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test. It’s about a group of hippies who go on a journey stoned out of their mind on LSD. I have a connection to this as well.
I’m a bus driver.
Thanks again Sharine.
Here’s the audio again X2. I think what she says after is, “they use it.”
Mike and all others that see this....
thru Clif High's substack I learned of a seemingly effective natural treatment for skin lesions and even skin cancer:
Curaderm cream -- it is kind of expensive, I think i paid about $260 for a pretty small tube
I've used it on a few lesions in the last year or so with good results -- spent way too much time in the sun when younger and my skin is breaking down --- just trying to keep it under control now
Doesn't look like a greyhound.
