Possible correction: First Ladyboy.

To the album cover, which is layered in Luciferian/Freemason symbolism. The bottom layer is the band's analog reel with its reference to anal rape in the title, "Let It Bleed." The next layer is a clock, symbolizing Time, of course, but the numbers are mixed up. From left to right, we see V, IV, VIII, VII, and VI (5,4,8,7,6). The seconds hand is exactly halfway between 7 and 8. I believe this number stuff has to do with their time fuckery, which goes along with mental dissociation during sodomy and MK-ULTRA trauma-based mind control. The next layer up is a pizza, which is another reference to their penchant for buttfucking. The bicycle tire refers to many things, but most importantly in this instance it is about trannies and the wheel(s) of Time and how their demonic hybrid templates recur and appear as different "people" who are really characters for their stage plays. The cake refers to "cakes of light" that are offered to Lucifer, as in mixing the different fluids that emerge during butt sex and then eating it. And then we see five of those characters who are now "cool" (on ice/icing) after being "illuminated" through butt sex, surrounded by the pink tissue of the anus. The cherries make it obvious that they have been spinning around this wheel of time for a long time. This is the Luciferian/Freemason artificial elevation program made into a seemingly silly "art" piece for the album.
