EXTRA, EXTRA, READ ALL ABOUT IT, NEW YORK SUPREME COURT REINSTATES ALL EMPLOYEES FIRED FOR BEING UNVACCINATED
“Whenever separation is made between liberty and justice, neither in my opinion is safe.”—Edmund Burke
Yesterday morning I did what I typically do on a writing day. I awake around 3:30am, pour a cup of Earl Grey tea, wave at Ghost Gardens, sit down in front of my Mac and kind of determine my topic. I have a number of queued up topics, but my preference is seeing where my spirit wants to go first. The word liberty popped into may head which pulled me to New York city, which took me to the Statue of Liberty, and to the blown up Georgia Guidestones. It’s a kind of free flow writing and in the end I either like it or it’s a mess and a re-write.
I finally published my article at 9:25am. What I didn’t know was a big story was about to come out of New York just after mine that I am personally linked to.
I am a terminated state employee. I was terminated by Governor Jay Insanelee for refusing to participate in a medical experiment. He used coercion in an attempt to get me to participate. I refused and he had me terminated on Feb 15, 2022. Coercion is a violation of the Nuremberg Code, or Nurenberg Code as it is written in the Department of Defense War Manual.
I showed a friend the obvious error and he said, “Mike, is it possible that you are the only one who has ever noticed that error?” Is it?
If a Supreme judge in New York rules in favor of the terminated un-vaccinated is it possible they’ll rule the same in Washington State? Maybe the judges play follow the leader. It sure saves a lot time. The New York judge did all the research, calculated out arguments, came to the conclusion it was a violation of the un-vaccinated’s LIBERTIES—compulsory retirement. All of that was in my article as well. Synchronicity. Washington judges stamp it illegal—reinstate the wrongfully terminated unvaccinated employees and maybe have Governor Inslee arrested.
The terminated will be re-instated with back pay. Does that include over-time that was available each day he or she would have worked? It should. Does it include compensation damages? It should. Medical insurance can cost as much as $1600.00 a month. What about hardship compensation damages. How do you calculate pushing out a teeth cleaning, medical procedure, a vacation, or repairing a leaking roof? The judge can and should. Throw in anxiety and stress compensation too. Now what does that re-instated paycheck look like for the unfairly terminated employee? It looks good. It should.
I can recall my last day. I walked out of the base after a twenty-three-year career and as I was walking to my car a voice said, “This is going to work out better for you.” I have no job, no income, no insurance, but it’s going to work out better for me. I’m intrigued. I was immediately denied un-employment benefits. I was labeled a “threat.” I remember the voice. It was a female voice. She was calm and confident, and she added no other words.
If it works out that it is determined by a Supreme Court judge that I have been unjustly terminated and I am re-instated with back pay, over-time pay, hardship compensation, anxiety compensation, I can $ee how this can work out better for me. If I wasn’t terminated, would I have started a Substack and resumed writing? Doubt it. I was working way too much OT to compensate for all the vaccinated calling out sick of which King County Metro was very aware of.
Transit was butchered by Governor Insanelee. Four hundred bus drivers were terminated along with ferry workers. The two agencies now limp along. Trips are routinely canceled. The Governor also unfairly and illegally terminated firefighters. Terminated Eastside firefighters filed a $171 million dollar lawsuit.
Your author was once a fireman. I can officially check it off my bucket list. I don’t brag about it, but I will for this article because it might read better. I hope. It might also give me a little credibility if in the future I write about fires.
I graduated out of the fire academy in 1994—barely made it through. In the training, Burn to Learn, they would ignite a building to where it was completely engulfed in flames, hand you a big ass hose and tell you to crawl in there and put the fire out. You start doubting your decision to become a fireman, but it was a big thrill to see my bunker gear for the first time with my name on it, HUGGINS, hanging next to the other firefighter’s gear.
Butchering a transit agency isn’t the same as butchering the fire department. When you call 911 for help you don’t want the phone to ring for five fucking minutes. People die Jay. The person who would butcher the fire department for vaccine refusal is a fucking idiot and that’s being polite.
I’m not connected to the fire department anymore, but I heard rumors that certain Chiefs were kind of unsympathetic assholes to those not wanting to take the vaccine. Many of us know what that feels like. Add another layer of coercion. I can’t remember if I was asked to write an email on behalf of the upcoming firefighter terminations or I just did it. Below is my email to one of the fire chiefs. I received no reply and it did no good—unvaccinated firefighters were terminated.
Coincidently the time sent is exactly the same time as the MPHS 911 call, 10:39am. I wrote about this in VRR#21. We did active shooter training. Number #1 rule is you don’t go in until the scene is declared secure. If you drive your engine into the scene in training before it is declared secure a safety officer stops you and informs you that you are all either dead or injured. You are told to get out of the engine and lay down on the ground. You fucked up and it’s embarrassing, and on the debrief you will get your ass chewed out in front of everyone which is more embarrassment.
MPHS is a massive campus. These take a long time to search and declare secure. Firefighters don’t like being shot at. I believe MPHS was declared secure in about 15 minutes. A world record. Damn those police are good in Marysville. Here’s something else that the media never reported. The fire department was evacuating the school for a fire when they were informed of a possible shooter at the school. What do you do then? You get the fuck out of there. You can’t help anyone with a bullet in your back. I have the audio between 911 dispatch and the fire chief on scene. The media had access to this as well. It’s possible they are one of the many active shooter drills they ran between August and October 23 of which one of them or snipits of all of them might have been flipped live on October 24th. One of the girls who was supposedly murdered by Jaylyn tweeted out on September 26th, that school was closed that day for an active shooter drill. It was a Friday, same as October 24th. She would be declared dead one month later.
It wasn’t my intention to add in MPHS, but when I noticed the time 10:39am—SYNCHRONICITY AGAIN. Cheers to the illegally terminated police officers in New York and to the judge with balls enough to rule against the death cult agenda. I’m still waiting for, “This will work out better for you.”
Always articulate and well written! 👍🏼👍🏼
It made my day to see the NYC employees win in court yesterday. As the voice told you - it will work out better for you Mike. Stupid NYC is trying to appeal the court's decision, and at the end of the day it will be taxpayer money covering the back pay, with no persons held accountable- thereby getting away with their violation of Nuremberg, still though . . . ha fucking ha ha!! Cheers!
