The info doesn’t mention any other previous owners and it seems highly unlikely they’d be able to buy it immediately after she received Joe’s endorsement to be the next gangster president. It seems highly unlikely that it would have been the first thing she’d want to do considering she probably hadn’t even assembled a solid gangster team.
